New Gem Glass Creation. Nina.

 My new creation I called 'Nina'.

I used old mannequin as a base.

The face was mirror chromed and for the rest of design I used various colours of Gem Glass.

I used normal Alcolin wood-glue, not waterproof. 
I discovered that sometimes waterproof glue can react with the Gem Glass and change the colours.
 But if you are using waterproof glue anyway, use it sparingly. 


Normal dark grey grout was used in the design.
   

We colour chromed one big porcelain rose for Nina's hat as experiment and it came out beautiful.

Porcelain rose like this, wouldn't fade in the light or scratch easily, but it is fragile.

For feather projects and designs we decided to use colour chromed resin and acrylic elements.
